You’ll meet in a small group of 2 to 10 participants in the heart of Rome at Campo de’ Fiori, surrounded by vibrant market stalls and local vendors offering a variety of fresh products. A knowledgeable local food guide will accompany you throughout the experience, making the class enjoyable, relaxed, and highly interactive.

The 2-hour session takes place inside a professional baking laboratory, where you’ll work alongside an experienced pastry chef. You’ll learn how to prepare traditional ladyfingers and discover how to blend eggs and mascarpone to create the ideal tiramisu mixture.

Following a clear, step-by-step method, the chef will share valuable tips and techniques for creating a rich and indulgent tiramisu worthy of a fine-dining dessert menu. Once your tiramisu is complete, the culinary adventure continues with an introduction to authentic Italian gelato, including how to distinguish genuine gelato from ordinary ice cream.
