- Please arrive at The Scotch Whisky Experience 15 minutes before your tour and make your way to the Box Office.
- Present your ticket, together with valid photo ID to verify your student/senior concession tickets.
- Challenge 25: The legal drinking age in the UK is 18, however, if you or anyone in your booking is lucky enough to look younger than 25, we will ask to see your proof of age ID.
- Under 18s will be offered a soft drink.
- Children 5 & under go free.
- Carers go free (rates apply to participate in the tasting elements).
- Unless reserved on a private basis, tours will include other members of the public.

Silver Tour
Enjoy a fun and interactive 50-minute guided experience, perfect for first-time whisky visitors and families. Sample your choice of single malt or blended Scotch whisky, with a soft drink alternative available. Adults and concession guests can also take home a souvenir crystal whisky tasting glass.
Gold Tour
Experience a more extensive five-whisky tasting journey. Enjoy a dram of your preferred single malt or blended Scotch, followed by a tasting tray featuring four carefully selected regional single malts, complete with tasting notes, served in the elegant private bar.
The experience also includes one-year membership of the Scotch Whisky Appreciation Society, offering discounts at the award-winning Amber restaurant, specialist whisky bar, and shop. Guests can also take home a souvenir crystal whisky tasting glass.
