Once you reach Meta, prepare for one of the more demanding sections of the route: a 5 km uphill climb along a scenic panoramic road with a gradient of approximately 4–5%, leading towards the hamlet of Colli di San Pietro. From there, descend towards the start of Highway 163, the renowned road leading to Amalfi. This marks the beginning of the most scenic and exhilarating part of the journey.

Accompanied by your experienced cycling instructor, follow the spectacular winding roads of the Amalfi Coast, passing the renowned coastal towns of Praiano and Positano, which you can admire from a distance before continuing towards Amalfi, the celebrated gem of the coastline.

The scenery throughout the ride is truly remarkable, with the deep blue Mediterranean Sea, endless azure skies, the rugged Lattari Mountains, and verdant vegetation creating an unforgettable backdrop. Along the route, you’ll encounter approximately 2–3 km of alternating climbs and descents, with gradients of around 4–5%. For approximately 20 km, cycle along the dramatic Amalfi Coast while enjoying panoramic views across the Gulf of Salerno.

Upon reaching Amalfi, take a well-deserved 30-minute break to recharge before exploring the charming narrow lanes and intimate piazzas of this historic town, once among the most influential Maritime Republics of the Mediterranean.

After your leisure stop, get back on your bicycle and cycle back towards Sorrento, following the same route in reverse. Cover approximately 60 km on this challenging cycling adventure, designed for experienced cyclists eager to experience the spectacular landscapes and legendary roads of the Amalfi Coast.
